The results achieved a fairly coarse grind of 80% -65 mesh, the company says. Lakefield Research in Ontario carried out the testing.
The 100-lb composite sample which was tested came from 640 lb of vein material from the project’s No 1 raise, which yielded an average head assay of 0.97 oz gold per ton, the company says.
Similar work is being performed on a composite sample taken from the recently completed No 2 raise located 75 ft to the west of the No 1 raise on the first level.
