A new board of directors has been named for Kewagama Gold Mines (Quebec) Ltd., following a change in control of the company from the A. N. Ferris group. Headed by Norman E. Brewster, president, the new board includes Pierre Gauthier, Harry Quint, Douglas Ramsey and Reader Robinson. David C. Poynton is the new secretary.
