J.A.G. options Belleterre bet

An agreement has been signed by J.A.G. Mines and Halex Resources under which Halex may acquire up to 60% of the former’s Belleterre property in northwestern Quebec by spending not less than $3 million by March, 1990, on exploration and development work, and paying J.A.G. $1,175,000.
