Two officers of CopperQuest (CDN) sold shares in October.
According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, President James Parres bought 16,000 shares at an undisclosed price and sold 197,000 at 25-27 cents to hold 192,182.
Secretary-treasurer Audrey Hayes sold 117,000 shares at 25-30 cents to hold 728.
CopperQuest has an interest in a property which is adjacent to a rumored gold find in the Shining Tree gold camp in northern Ontario. The 35-claim property, held jointly with Strike Minerals (CDN), is within 600-700 ft. of a reportedly “fantastic” intersection by privately owned Premier Explorations. Premier is controlled by Carl Forbes, who is also president of Strike. A release from Strike mentions that the high-grade intersection may be a result of contamination.
