A director and a senior officer of Caledonia Mining (TSE) exercised options and sold shares in March and April.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, director Walter Forrest exercised 72,891 options at $1.03 and sold 25,000 shares at $3.30-3.95 to hold 73,339 shares and 100,000 options.

Senior officer Michael Foster exercised 19,000 options at 25 cents and sold 19,000 shares at $7.13-8.25 to hold zero shares.
