Deep drilling on the Maggie Creek Ranch property in the Carlin area of northeastern Nevada returned no significant assays.
The property, owned by Goldnev Resources (VSE), is being optioned by Barrick Exploration which can earn a 75% interest in the property by spending US$8.95 million.
The drilling consisted of 11 holes in the Schroeder Mountain area of the property. Further exploration of the property is continuing with IP surveys under way on two sections of land also in the Schroeder Mountain area.
