Golden Tanager changes name to `Registry’

At a meeting on Feb. 26, shareholders of Golden Tanager Resources (COATS) voted to change the company’s name to Registry Resources, and to consolidate its issued common shares on a 1-for-2 basis. The company has recently acquired a 100% interest in two Northwestern Ontario gold properties from Power Explorations (TSE). In return for the Karl-Zeemel and Norman Lake properties, Power received 40% of Registry’s outstanding shares.

Registry is arranging financing for exploration on its properties in 1990.
