Golden Range seeks financing

Work completed by Golden Range includes 4,000 ft of drilling which extended a previously discovered sulphide zone at depth and along strike towards the north.

Drilling at depth cut the mineralized zone at 1,000 ft. Hole 62 intersected a true width of 17.9 ft grading 0.055 oz gold and 1.48 oz silver per ton and 6.5% zinc. Golden Range is planning to test the zone with an additional six holes.

The Sylvia property is held in joint venture with Manitoba Mineral Resources, the provincial government mining agency. The company and MMR hold a 61.41% and 38.59% interest in the property respectively.

Golden Range is also trying to joint venture its Hudvam polymetallic property. Located 30 miles northeast of Flin Flon, the Hudvam deposit hosts reserves of 815,000 tons grading 0.116 oz gold, 0.38 oz silver, 1.9% zinc and 1.34% copper.
