Discussion at the International Business Forum luncheon scheduled for Feb. 9 in the Lower Lounge of Toronto’s O’Keefe Centre will revolve around the needs and challenges (economic, political, social) that resource companies must both recognize and meet in the international arena, as well as the opportunities that await those firms that successfully face risks abroad.
Speakers at the forum, titled “The Challenge & Competition in International Resource Markets,” will be Klaus Zeitler, president of Metall Mining, and Adam Zimmerman, chairman of Noranda Forest.
Tickets must be purchased in advance, from the Canadian Institute of International Affairs, 15 King’s College Circle, Toronto, Ont. M5S 2V9.
