A 36-hole overburden drill program has been completed at the joint venture between Glen Auden Resources (TSE) and Mineta Resources (VSE) in Massicotte Twp., Que. Twenty-four of the holes contained grains of gold, Glen Auden reports.
One grouping of five holes, spaced at 400-m intervals, contained up to 20 grains in basal till immediately above bedrock associated with pathfinder mineral grains of arsenopyrite and/or sphalerite. Ground IP surveys have been launched to identify the location of the source or sources of gold mineralization.
