Class A shares and warrants of Garde, Mining Exploration have been listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange.
Trading in the shares and warrants will be delayed pending the close of the prospectus offering.
Garde holds a 100% interest in several groups of mining claims in northern Quebec, including the New Calumet mine property, a zinc-gold prospect in Grand Calumet Twp.
