Flag Resources (ASE) is selling 200,000 shares of affiliate Golden Briar Mines (ME) to the public through the Montreal Exchange at a price of 7 cents per share.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund ongoing exploration at Flag’s 24,000-acre Wanapitei property near Sudbury, Ont. Grid lines are being cut on the property prior to ground geophysical surveys and diamond drilling.
