Fairfield ships bullion from Siwash

Vancouver-based Fairfield Minerals (FFD-T) has shipped its remaining gold bullion to an Ontario refiner for upgrading to the North American standard of 9999 purity.

The bullion produced gold credits of 8,147 oz., which has a value of $3.6 million. The yellow metal was obtained from past production at the company’s Siwash project, near Princeton in southeastern British Columbia. The company says it may re-activate the project if improved gold prices are sustained.
