Initial drilling from the Afema project in Ivory Coast intersected significant gold values from the Kadio zone, 500 metres north of the Aniuri minesite.
Eden Roc Minerals (EDN-T) reports that hole 3 intersected a high-grade, 3-metre interval grading 21.36 grams gold per tonne, with lower-grade intersections over the length of the core.
