An 8,000-ft. reverse-circulation drilling program is under way on the Copper Mountain property in Mineral Cty., Nev.
Mina Resources (VSE) can earn a 51% interest in the property from Cactus West Explorations (VSE) by spending a total of US$250,000.
The program will include 25 to 30 short holes on the Central zone to follow up 1994 drilling, which returned a 210-ft. intersection grading 0.6% copper in hole CM 94-1 and a 125-ft. intersection grading 0.3% copper in hole CM 94-2. The program will also include holes on two other areas, where previous exploration turned up oxide copper values.
