Dickenson acquires Wharf shares

Dickenson Mines (TSE) has acquired an additional 349,300 common shares, or 2%, of Wharf Resources (TSE) through purchases on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Dickenson now owns 6,030,411 common shares, or 34.7%, of Wharf. The shares have been acquired for investment purposes and Dickenson may make additional purchases depending on the market for common shares of Wharf and other factors.
