Diamond explorer Lytton Minerals (LTL-T) has completed a $4.16-million private placement consisting of 2.6 million common shares at $1.60 per share.
The proceeds, subject to a 5% commission, will be used to fund the company’s ongoing exploration and development activities in the Northwest Territories.
