DIAMOND NEWS ROUNDUP — Trade Winds starts bulk sample

Bulk sampling is under way at the Drybones Bay kimberlite discovery, 50 miles southeast of Yellowknife, N.W.T.

A program totalling 3,000 metres of HQ- and NQ-diameter angle drilling is planned by operator Trade Winds Resources (TDN-V).

The objective is to delineate the geometry of the Drybones Bay kimberlite and recover a bulk sample for diamond testing. The drilling will focus on the diatreme facies central area, which has returned the highest grades discovered to date.
