A brokered private placement of 1.5 million special warrants at $3.40 each will net Diamond Fields Resources (VSE) just under $5 million.
The issue replaces a financing which the company was forced to cancel this summer due to weak market conditions.
The special warrants are convertible into one share of the company on the acceptance of a prospectus by regulatory authorities.
