Corona’s ups Prime stake to 45.5%

Through a private purchase of 858,500 common shares, Corona (TSE) has increased its stake in Prime Resources Group (VSE) to 45.5%. As a result, Corona now owns 19.7 million shares of Prime. Corona has also acquired an additional 200,000 common share purchase warrants of Prime. The gold producer now owns warrants to acquire 55,555 common shares of Prime and the right of first refusal over warrants to purchase 1.03 million shares.
