Incorporated in 1956 (as Continental Utilities Ltd.) in Alberta and initially in pipeline engineering design and feasibility studies related to natural gas distribution franchises, Continental Research Exploration & Development was recently listed on the Montreal Exchange (symbol czd).
The company, which says it has been evaluating resource properties the last few years, has entered into an option agreement with Ronrico Explorations whereby Continental may earn a working interest in a number of properties owned by Ronrico in Quebec’s Casa Berardi area.
Continental also has interests in other properties in Quebec.
