A mining conference hosted by the government of the Mexican state of Chihuahua will be held in the city of the same name.
Entitled “Chihuahua in the 21st Century,” the conference will be held Oct.
2-5 at the Hotel Sicomoro.
Under discussion will be: the state’s geological formations and mining activities; effects of the North America Free Trade Agreement; new technology; exploration projects; rules and regulations; and government support.
