May 8-12, Edmonton, 90th annual General Meeting of cim, hosted by the Edmonton branch. Trade exhibition planned.
June 12-16, Calgary, 39th annual Technical Meeting of the Petroleum Society of cim.
June 12-17, Toronto, International Conference of Hoisting. Trade exhibition planned.
June 29-July 2, Ingonish Beach, N.S., 101st annual meeting of the Mining Society of Nova Scotia.
Aug 17-20, Thetford Mines, Que., 6th meeting of cim’s District 2 (Quebec), hosted by the Thetford Mines branch.
Aug 28-Sept 1, Montreal, the Metallurgical Society of cim will host its 27th annual conference of metallurgists.
Sept 19-23, Fredericton, N.B., 6th meeting of cim’s District 1 (Maritimes, Newfoundland and Labrador), hosted by the New Brunswick branch of cim.
Sept 22-24, Saskatoon, Sask., 11th meeting of cim’s District 4 (Ontario, west of the 86th meridian, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the Keewatin district, N.W.T.).
