A delegation of Canadian mining engineers and geologists recently visited northern Vietnam to inspect mining installations and current mineral exploration projects. The group toured both precious and base metals mines and prospects.
The 2-week tour was organized by Vancouver-based mining consultant Ronald Stokes and led by Kirk Templeman-Kluit, director of the Geological Survey of Canada in Vancouver.
