Cal Graphite (VSE), owner of a graphite project north of Huntsville, Ont., said it has agreed to sell 1.1 million common shares to Lindner Fund, an investment company based in St. Louis, Mo. The selling price will be based on the prevailing market price at the time of the sale but will not be above $5 per share. The deal is subject to regulatory and other approvals.
