Two companies, Broadlands Resources and Shorewood Explorations, have amalgamated under the name of International Broadlands Resources (VSE).
The new company has 8.8 million shares outstanding and its primary focus will be the exploration of properties in Bolivia.
Broadlands can earn a 70% interest in the Bamboco, Paco Khaua, La Riviera and Scorpio Groups properties in Bolivia.
President Paul Saxton reports that the company plans to sell up to 2.5 million shares through a private placement at 35 cents per share in order to fund further work in Bolivia. The placement includes warrants to buy 2.5 million shares at 40 cents for a 2-year period.
