Bresea gold discovery

A prospecting program has discovered two gold mineralized zones in Labrador, Bresea Resources says. Reassaying of old drill core drilled by Hollinger Mines in the 1960s, returned assays of 0.19 oz gold per ton across 5 ft. Another section from 3,000 ft away, assayed 0.29 oz in a 10-ft section of drill core.

Bresea notes that the Hollinger drilling was for sulphides a nd the core was not assayed from gold or platinum group metals. Tandem Resources has an option to earn a 40% interest in the Bresea property.
