Black Cliff plans feasibility study

A feasibility study will be performed on two properties in Chile by Fluor Daniel Wright Engineers, Black Cliff Mines (TSE) reports.

The study on the Los Loros and Los Carrera properties in the South American nation’s Atacama region is expected to be completed by early April, 1992. Provided the feasibility study proves positive, Black Cliff says it intends to set up, at each property, heap leach facilities with the capability of processing at least 300 tons per day of tailings containing gold, silver and copper mineralization. The plants are expected to cost $500,000 each. Black Cliff says each property hosts about three million tons of tailings material.
