Toronto-listed BGR Precious Metals has raised $42.6 million.
The funds are from the sale of 2.5 million units at $17.85 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A share and a Class A share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to buy a Class A share until Feb. 20, 2004, for $25 per share.
