BDG loses its legal battle against Teck

A lawsuit launched by BDG Pacific Resources (VSE) against Teck (TSE) has been decided in favor of the latter.

The junior, previously known as Bridger Resources, alleged that Teck had breached a contract between the companies related to La Pepa mining project in Chile.

Although the court found that Teck had breached the contract, it said this conduct did not cause Bridger’s loss, as the junior would have been unable to perform one of the conditions for the release of loan funds.
