A new zone has been discovered on the Bellavista section of gold- silver property in Costa Rica which Rayrock Yellowknife Resources, Midland Energy and Westlake Industries are exploring under an option agreement with Rembrandt Gold Mines.
The new zone was discovered north of the Daisy Stockwork zone, and the companies say indications are it could add significantly to the size of the low grade deposit. The companies report initial assay results indicate a silver grade two to three times higher than the gold grade.
On the Montezuma section of the property, initial drilling has identified several higher grade vein zones with good widths which have the potential for underground development at depth, the companies say.
