The Dakoro joint venture in Bolivia has completed the registration of the required conveyance documents to purchase gold property in Larecaja province, Dakota Resources (ASE) reports.
Dakota has an indirect 50% interest in the joint venture. The company has two existing leases in the same region of the country.
