Coxheath uncovers gold-bearing zone

A new gold-bearing zone has been discovered by Coxheath Gold Holdings on its Tangier property located 50 mi northeast of Halifax, N.S.

President Michael Riddell reports the following assays of drill core from two holes situated 575 ft apart: hole 87-25, between 605.3 ft and 614.7 ft, 0.4 oz gold per ton over 9.4 ft; and hole 87-38, between 521.7 ft and 546.6 ft, 0.36 oz over 24.9 ft.

The new zone, open to depth and along strike in both directions, is not located within the previously announced block containing 1.9 million tons of probable and possible ore reserves grading 0.28 oz, Mr Riddell reports. A drilling program on this new zone is planned.
