Trillion raises about $7.2 million

Alberta-listed Trillion Resources has issued more than 2 million warrants for gross proceeds of almost $7.2 million.

Each special warrant, priced at $3.50, is redeemable for one Trillion common share until Aug. 5.

Proceeds will finance exploration of the Jena property in Zimbabwe and other concessions in that country, Botswana and Tanzania. In addition, Trillion may acquire other interests in producing African mines.
