MacDonald Mines was up 15 cents this week on thin volume and reached a high of 35 cents -45 cents . New management is attempting to turn this company around following the resignation of its former directors. Last September, MacDonald regained its 49%-interest in Les Mines Gallen, a private company which owns a zinc-silver-gold mine in the Rouyn- Noranda area of Quebec.
