As former CEO of Jennings Capital Inc.\, Daryl was responsible for many public and private company transactions including equity and debt financings\, M&A\, and go-public transactions.  \nVishal Gupta\nMr. Gupta is a Professional Geologist and has experience working with numerous junior exploration and development stage mining companies. Minor non metallic inclusion may cause surface defects on rolled sheet after undergoing rolling deformation. Inclusion and gas content in cast steel to be controlled before they are sent to Tundish of CCM. On tundish also\, care must be taken so that there is no reoxidation and entrapment of inclusion from tundish and mould do not happen. This two days workshop has been designed to give insight of various secondary refining process\, injection metallurgy along with continuous casting process.
