Use the Mining Sourcebook to:
Compare how similar mines operate
Check the Tables of Operating Data to find operations of similar size or output, then scan across the tables to compare production costs, drill and hole diameter, explosives and powder factors, haulage machines, etc.
Find where a specific piece of equipment is installed
Check the Equipment Tables to see, for example, where SAG mills are installed. A quick glance at the Open Pit Equipment Table will reveal which mines rely on draglines.
